Our story

Renovation without the guesswork

Renovate Home Space began with a frustration many homeowners know too well: impressive proposals that hid the real cost, timelines that drifted and a site that nobody seemed to be responsible for. We decided to build the studio we wished existed.

Today our teams handle interiors, exteriors, security, fire safety, roofing, solar, windows, flooring and bathrooms — and we support clients through home loan guidance and warranty protection. Because the same studio manages every stage, a single scope, schedule and invoice cover the whole project.

We are a small, deliberately hands-on practice. The people who plan your renovation are the people who visit your site, and that is how we intend to keep it.

If your question is not here, the contact page is the fastest way to reach a real person from the studio.

No. The first visit, our recommendations and a written estimate are all free of charge. If the project is right for us, we move on to drawings and detailed specifications together.

Most families do. We phase the work room by room, seal dust where we can, protect floors and agree quiet hours with you before we begin. If a stage is unsafe to live beside, we will say so early.

We work across Denver and the surrounding metro neighbourhoods, and we travel further for larger whole-home projects. Ask us and we will confirm honestly.

Changes are normal. We price every variation in writing before the work proceeds, so the final invoice never arrives with surprises attached.

Yes. Our trades are licensed, insured and vetted, and every safety, electrical and fire element is signed off and documented for your records.
